Soy Ingeniera en Auditoría y Contabilidad, graduada de la Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil (UCSG). Mi formación académica incluye una maestría en Derecho Tributario por la Universidad Ecotec y un diplomado en tributación en la Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL), lo que me ha brindado una base sólida tanto teórica como práctica en el ámbito fiscal.

Cuento con más de 15 años de experiencia en el sector, lo que me ha permitido especializarme en contabilidad, tributación y mejora de procesos. A lo largo de mi trayectoria he enfrentado diversos desafíos que han fortalecido mis capacidades para el análisis, diagnóstico y resolución de problemas técnicos y normativos.

Mi labor como perito contable registrado en el Consejo de la Judicatura me ha otorgado una visión integral sobre la aplicación de las normativas fiscales y contables dentro del entorno judicial, fortaleciendo además mi criterio técnico, capacidad analítica y enfoque riguroso.

Actualmente, tengo el honor de liderar Seiri S.A.S como su CEO, una firma que refleja mi visión de excelencia y compromiso con el desarrollo empresarial. Desde esta posición, he impulsado estrategias orientadas a la eficiencia operativa, alineando nuestros servicios con los objetivos reales de nuestros clientes.

Mi ejercicio profesional se sostiene sobre principios como la ética, la transparencia y la responsabilidad. Creo firmemente que el verdadero éxito se construye desde la confianza, y por eso trabajo cada día para generar valor técnico, humano y estratégico a quienes confían en nosotros.

Ing. Mgtr. Malena Salas Quiroga

Abogada graduada de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, con sólida experiencia en propiedad intelectual y derecho laboral. Su trayectoria incluye el asesoramiento y gestión de registros de marca ante el SENADI, así como la elaboración de contratos laborales, reglamentos internos, actas de finiquito y procesos de cobranza judicial y extrajudicial.

Cuento con formación práctica en defensa técnica dentro del sistema judicial ecuatoriano, participando activamente en audiencias laborales y asesorando a empresas en la resolución de conflictos con sus colaboradores. Además, posee experiencia en la constitución de sociedades a través de plataformas electrónicas y procesos presenciales, incluyendo la creación de S.A.S., compañías limitadas y sociedades anónimas.

Mi ejercicio profesional se basa en principios de ética, responsabilidad y compromiso con cada cliente, priorizando siempre soluciones integrales, claras y respetuosas del marco legal. Mi capacidad analítica, sensibilidad ante los conflictos laborales y enfoque práctico me convierten en una aliada clave para el desarrollo empresarial con seguridad jurídica.
